These are base prices in USD that can differ based on complexity,
each additional character is +80% of the base price

✦ Terms Of Service ✦

GENERAL
-I have the right to turn down your commission if I don’t feel comfortable working on it/for any reason!
-I have the right to post the commission on my socials or include it in my portfolio BUT if you don’t want me to do so before a certain date, please let me know beforehand!
-Chargebacks or breaking my TOS will result in blacklisting and forfeiting all rights to the artwork/s.PAYMENT & FEES
-All payments will be made through VGen
(if you want to commission me for a service thats not available on VGen, message me on discord - a private commission may be arranged that will be payed thru a PayPal Invoice)-Background and extra props/objects will cost an additional fee depending on the complexity/amount (simple colors/shapes backgrounds are free)REVISIONS
-Free revisions available in the early rough sketch phase (don't overuse this please, if there's an unreasonable amount of constant change requests i will ask for additional payment).
-I allow up to 5 free revisions throughout the artwork after the sketch phase - as long as they aren’t huge changes! (e.g. changing the whole composition/pose/background).
-Anything after those 5 revisions or very big change requests will require additional fees.
-No revisions available after commission has been marked as completed!DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-No hard deadlines! I like to give myself around 1-2 months as a general deadline, but may be done earlier/later depending on what the artwork is / waitlist / private life.
-If i do agree to a deadline, it might require an additional rush fee depending on the date.
-Artwork with a smaller watermark is gonna be sent through VGen - digital productREFUNDS
-Please spend wisely! After accepting your comm i DO NOT allow refunds, especially if i started drawing already.
-If i state that i cannot deliver your comm, a refund can be arrangedCOMMUNICATION

-Throughout the comm process i will send you WIPs to make sure the art is to your liking ❤︎
-Feel free to periodically ask me for updates, but please don't rush me! im a slow artist & take time with my workCOPYRIGHT & USAGE
Promotional illustrations, stream assets, cover art, merchandise or any usage that could earn revenue is to be counted as commercial.-For commercial and merchandise related usage you must select it to include commercial-usage fees.
-Commercial usage: +100% for monetized streaming/content use and +200% for merch.
-If you’re gonna post the art anywhere, please credit me - e.g. @v1vvx; the artist/link one of my socials!
-Me, the artist, retains all rights and commercial rights to the commission, which includes but is not limited to: using the art in my portfolio, marketing, sale of prints or digital products, or any other merchandise.
-I STRICTLY PROHIBIT usage of any of my work for AI training, tracing, distribution, editing/altering/removing watermarks, reselling or as NFTs!
